AndBeautyIsHerName, LLC. is a company that provides services in Life Enrichment & Professional Development, with its focus on mentoring young minority women and children. We have spent over 10 years working with and mentoring young professionals, even before our company had a name. AndBeautyIsHerName, LLC. revolves around self development, which includes motivational speaking, positive affirmations, and mentorship. The problem that we seek to solve is the underrepresentation of minorities, minority women, women of color, women and young girls in the professional world. Women only account for 23% of holding executive positions in the professional world, and this is a major problem. We work to empower young minority women in the realms of business, life-enrichment, executive training, executive roles, and building self esteem.
